14. BIGBY SOLAR ENERGY PROJECT
a) To receive an update from Councillors Wilson and Cowling on the project
15. TO RECEIVE A REPORT FROM THE CLERK ON ACTION TAKEN TO ALLEVIATE THE CHAFER GRUB PROBLEM ON BIGBY GREEN AND TO DETERMINE HOW THE GREEN WILL BE DEVELOPED IN THE SPRING, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT RESIDENTS’ SUGGESTIONS, IF ANY.
16. TO CONSIDER THE FORMATION OF A GARDENING BEE TO CLEAR THE PLANTERS OF THE SUMMER BEDDING PLANTS AND TO PLANT UP FOR THE AUTUMN / WINTER
