5. BIGBY COMMUNITY SUSTAINABILITY ENERGY PROJECT
a) To receive the Feasibility Study, to discuss its implications and determine the next steps.
b) To determine the format of the presentation to the residents of the Feasibility Study.
6. PLATINUM JUBILLEE COMMEMORATION
a) To note that the Council is in receipt of £700.00 from the WLDC Platinum Jubilee Fund.
b) To consider and determine how to implement the initiatives pledged in the funding bid to support the Queen’s Green Canopy.

THIS MEETING IS TAKING PLACE TO CONSIDER THE ABOVE AGENDA ITEMS, WHICH NEED ACTION BEFORE THE SCHEDULED MEETING ON 24th MAY 2022. AS SUCH, THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC QUESTION TIME, BUT STANDING ORDERS WILL BE SUSPENDED TO ALLOW THE PUBLIC TO COMMENT ON THE PLANNING APPLICATIONS ABOVE AND ANY FURTHER APPLICATIONS THAT ARE RECEIVED AFTER PUBLICATION OF THIS AGENDA.
