3. a) To Record any Declarations of Interest by any member of the council in respect of the agenda items listed below. Members declaring interests should identify the Agenda Item and the type of interest being declared.
b) To Note any Dispensations given to any member of the council in respect of the Agenda Items listed below.

6. ACCOUNTS
a) To Receive the Statement Of Accounts and Approve the Accounts for Payment: As at 14th October and 30th November 2020 (Documents attached)

7. SITE INSPECTIONS
a) To note that the Clerk undertook a site inspection on Thursday 3rd December and that the Chairman of the Parish Council is checking the defibrillator and the Village Hall once a week during the current Coronavirus Pandemic.
b) To task the Clerk to manage any work identified in recent inspections.
c) To note that Wrawby Roofing Company has checked the roof and undertaken remedial work to ensure that all water from the roof goes directly into the gutters.
8. TO NOTE THAT THE RENEWAL NOTICE FOR THE VILLAGE HALL INSURANCE RECEIVED: YEAR 3 OF 3 YEAR CONTRACT IN THE SUM OF £397.67 PER ANNUM
