Lincolnshire County Council, North Lincolnshire Council and North East Lincolnshire Council have worked with Government officials to produce a devolution proposal.
If progressed this means existing money and power can move from central government to decision-makers in Greater Lincolnshire.
It affects areas like adult education, roads and transport, economic growth and environmental projects.
