Parish Council meetings are held in the Bigby Village Hall starting at 6.30pm unless otherwise indicated.
Members of the Public are welcome to attend these meetings as observers unless otherwise stated. Prior to the start of the meeting, members of the Public are encouraged to ask questions.
These are the provisional dates of future Parish Council meetings:
2025:
Tuesday 22 July
Tuesday 9 September
Tuesday 18 November (Provisional Budget Setting)
2026:
Tuesday 13 January (Confirm Budget)
Tuesday 17 March - Routine meeting of the Parish Council at 6.00 pm followed by the ANNUAL PARISH MEETING AT 7.00 pm
April – No council meeting due to Annual Audit
Tuesday 12 May – ANNUAL PARISH COUNCIL MEETING including approval of Accounts and Audit.
There will also be meetings for the Village Hall Committee held on a Case of Need basis.
